    Installation is quick and tidy, with a compact design that fits seamlessly into any residential or semi-commercial setting with shared charging. The tap-to-charge functionality with RFID provides secure and easy access, which can be shared among family members, teams, tenants, or in any shared setting. It supports up to 126 users, each with unique identification for simple usage tracking.

     

    Technical Overview

    zappi GLO delivers 7kW of single-phase charging through a 6.5m tethered Type 2 cable. Its screen-free design is fully managed via the myenergi app, with RFID access, and supports WiFi, Bluetooth, and local radio communication. The unit is IP65-rated for permanent outdoor use, featuring robust impact resistance, tamper detection, and integrated 6mA DC fault protection. At just 350mm x 170mm, it’s compact, discreet, and easy to mount both indoors and outdoors

    Our Policy

    At SIQA Group Limited, we’re committed to providing high-quality EV chargers and professional installation services. We believe in transparency, fairness, and clear communication at every step. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.

     

    1. Products Supplied and Installed by Us

    All EV chargers are supplied through trusted manufacturers and come with a manufacturer’s warranty (3 years with us as an OZEV authorised installer).

    Once the charger is installed and commissioned:

    • Ownership transfers to you.
    • The product warranty applies directly from the manufacturer.

    If a fault occurs after installation:

    • We will inspect the unit within 72 hours to confirm the issue.
    • If it’s a product defect, we’ll assist in arranging repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • If the issue is related to installation, we will fix it promptly and at no extra cost to you.

    2. Cancellations Before Installation

    We understand plans can change, and we’ll always try to be flexible.

    • More than 48 hours before the scheduled installation:
      ✅ Full refund of any deposit paid.

    • Within 48 hours of installation:
      ⚠️ A £75 cancellation fee may apply to cover time, logistics, and restocking.

    • On the day of installation (if work cannot proceed due to access or site issues):
      ⚠️ A call-out charge may apply.

     

    3. Returns After Installation

    Because each EV charger is individually installed and commissioned on site, returns after installation cannot be accepted, except in these cases:

    • The charger is confirmed faulty by the manufacturer, or
    • There’s an installation error (which we’ll correct free of charge).

    We’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect model choice, or property alterations after installation.

     

    4. Refunds

    If a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 working days. If part of the work has already been completed or materials used, these may be deducted from the refundable amount.
