Electrical Installation Condition Report

Your electrical installation is the lifeblood of your property and represents significant value. An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is the health check that keeps it safe, reliable, and compliant.

Whether you’re a landlord, home buyer, or commercial property manager, an EICR identifies hidden faults and early signs of wear that could lead to costly damage, power loss, or even fire if left unchecked. By uncovering problems before they escalate, we help you save money, ensure safety, and maintain the value of your property — giving you complete confidence that your electrical installation is in trusted hands.

As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, we don’t just tick boxes — we help you protect your investment, delivering EICRs that go beyond compliance, undertaking thorough inspections and testing of your electrical installation, providing you with feedback which cuts the jargon in language you'll understand.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Pensive Coffee Time

Very happy. I had a tricky situation that needed rectifying and whilst other electricians offered a fudge, Benson went out of his way to contact and chase the relevant LBC. Regarding the work, was only testing required so cannot comment too much but he was prompt, thorough and got the necessary paperwork done very quickly.

I had a great experience with Benson. He was reliable, on time, flexible and a real expert. I am completely renovating my home and he could see the 'bigger picture' of the whole project and advise accordingly. Definitely recommended!!!

The team were very accommodating to my schedule, arrived promptly and were very pleasant & professional to deal with.
